Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with HotRepo Pro. If you are not, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your first payment or of any renewal, no questions asked.

How to request a refund

Email support@hotrepo.ai with your GitHub username. Refunds are returned through Stripe to your original payment method and usually arrive within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank. When a refund is issued, your subscription ends immediately and your account returns to the Free plan.

We may decline refunds in cases of clear abuse, such as repeatedly subscribing and requesting refunds.

Cancellation

You can cancel anytime under "Manage subscription" on your account page. After cancelling you keep Pro until the end of the current billing period and will not be charged again. Cancelling does not refund the current period; to get that money back, request a refund within the window above.
